You can use the Digsby widget below to "knock at the door" of my virtual office.  Please remember to introduce yourself when you knock.  If I'm in, I'll respond. 

Digsby is a free application that will pull several different IM, Email and Social Networking accounts into one place.  Meebo is a web-based application that is similar, but it will only handle IM accounts.  I recommend you give one or both a try.
