I really liked the point of this message because it's true that we need to come up with creative ways to engage our students because they will remember what they learn better. Nice job!

Great message. Jenifer made a good point about engaging our students. I am taking Adolescent Development right now and we have been discussing this very concept. We need to include variety in each lesson plan to accommodate different types of learners.

These are important things to understand about teaching--this slide presentation had a lot of good points. A couple of times I thought an example would have been useful, like on slide 7. I also thought that the font changes were a little distracting. The pictures were cute and enhanced the point of the text. I also the the selected quotes were really good, especially the one on slide 2. Good job!

I really liked this presentation because it is very useful for our teaching. In slide four, the picture cut off the text a little bit, but otherwise it seemed good. I also really liked the pictures. They enhanced the message.

I agree with the ideas presented. It goes back to bloom's taxonomy and the way we learn. The more ways we try the better chance we have of engaging all of our students.

I like the presentation alot because I have had countless teachers and professors who taught the same way day after day and it got soooo boring to be in class. As we learn more in our subject are we should also strive to learn new innovative ways of teaching that same material. good job!

I thought that this presentation had a lot of good information. It had a nice logical flow to the way the message was presented. I thought that formatting could have been watched a little better. Images were covering up parts of words on several slides and images had no uniformity in their placement, some filled half the screen touching three sides of the border and some where small and in text. It was a little distracting but not bad. I like the black on white, I think all too often we are told that you must use color.

I found the font changes a little distracting but the clarity of the presentation overall was superb. I thought the pictures illustrated the point very well. The introductory slide really caught my attention from the beginning and the simplicity of the layout kept me from feeling overloaded by media. I like how the pictures on slides 2, 6, and 10 do not have a border--that adds interest and makes me feel more involved in the presentation (if that makes any sense). Excellent job!

Well done with the message of the presentation! I thought the quotes were fantastic. The large text, specifically, is what distracted me: it was similar to using "ALL CAPS" because the text was 'screaming.' I did wonder about where the quotes came from. The citations are not specific and only the last slide attributes credit to an author.

Consider formatting a little more, some slides seemed squished. I really liked slide 6 "practice before you present." You never know what could go wrong until you do it, and I know how embarrassing it can be to be caught in some sort of trouble that practicing could have prevented.

Like the others, I think that presentation had good information. The formatting could use some improvement. One thing that would help would be to left justify all of the text. This would make the words easier to read.
