You've had lots of practice commenting on Rubrics.  Now it is time to create one.  Add your thoughts!  Each person should contribute to or edit at least two boxes in the rubric.

Attribute Stellar Adequate Unacceptable
Instructional Purpose/Message The lesson/unit plan has a clear instructional purpose and the instructional content is presented clearly and correctly in sample podcast. The lesson/unit contains a purpose and teaching content, but lacks focus and a clear purpose. The purpose is unclear and does not follow the lesson plan.
Student Skills and knowledge The lesson plan gives students the opportunity to interact with technology and the students develop useful technological and content-specific skills and knowledge through participation in the activity.

The lesson plan allows students limited interaction with technology and development of content-specific skills and knowledge that might be better achieved with a different activity.

The lesson plan is ineffective in utilizing technology or the technology is inappropriately used.  Content-specific skills are not incorporated into the activity.
Visual Impact Sample podcast uses visually appealing pictures and an appropriate color scheme.  Elements are organized and easy to follow. Visuals are appealing, but may not be very organized or may not flow well. Visuals aren't appropriate for the audio, are distracting, or there is a lack of visuals.
Audio Impact Voices are clear and music is timed well with the film. Audio is understandable but voices may be somewhat unclear or improperly timed with the film. Audio is unclear.  Voices are too soft or are masked by other noise to adequately understand.  There is too much background noise or distracting sound effects.
Copyright Compliance Copyright Laws are not violated and credit is given to the source.  Copyright Laws are not violated, but credit is not given or is inaccurate.  Copyright laws are violated.

I added a box for the adequate first column. The only difference was wether or not the lesson had a clear purpose. Overall it seems pretty clear cut.

I added the audio unacceptable and adequate student skills and knowledge. For student skills and knowledge I was trying to say that it would be adequate if the lesson plan provided some interaction with the technology or with the desired skills it would be adequate or that if it could obviously be better achieved through a different activity it would be adequate. We should have purpose in out lesson and never do them just because we can. We should choose the best one available to us. If anyone can think of a better way to word that they are welcome to edit it.

The rubric seems pretty comprehensive. I added some unacceptable box content to better direct the execution of the activities.
